Факты:
1. Деньги и Алексей Калиниченко исчезли одновременно. Проблемы с выплатами начались через пару недель после того, как Алексей Калиниченко уехал за границу. Уже оттуда, через Интернет, он стал обвинять всех и вся, для того, чтобы сбить следствие и обманутых Алексеем Калиниченко вкладчиков. За месяц до своего отъезда он продал дом, купил квартиру любовнице. Это все факты. Они никак не вяжутся с тем, что Алексей Калиниченко опасался за свою жизнь, сражался за деньги вкладчиков. Алексей Калиниченко, ты украл наши деньги, наглым и циничным образом подготвил свой побег.
2. Алексей Калиниченко сознательно сбивает с толку следствие и вкладчиков. Алексей Калиниченко, ты спасаешь свою шкуру, а не наши деньги. Все твои попытки объединить дела, касались не нас, вкладчиков, не наших денег, а тебя самого. Ты, как и Мавроди, обещаешь все вернуть. Это ложь. Три следствия добьются правды быстрее, чем одно. Москва курирует все уголовные дела, Москва отправила запрос на твою экстрадицию. Это факт. Ты не представил ни одного ДОКАЗАТЕЛЬСТВА того, что деньги были похищены кем-то, кроме Алексея Калиниченко. Ты прекрасно знаешь, что размещенное на анонимном источнике тобою, Калиниченко, в Интернете не стоит ломанного рубля. Тебя даже не привлечь за клевету. Ты скажешь, что не имеешь ничего общего с публикациями в сети от твоего имени. Ты опять юлишь.
3. Алексей Калиниченко обманывал людей, которые искренно пытались тебе, преступнику, помочь. Факт, что ты дал заведомо ложные сведения Чепкасову, Ефимову, Банкирам в Екатеринбурге. Мы все читали твои электронки и смски. Когда Чепкасов пытался помочь тебе, Алексей Калиниченко, ты направил его на заведомо ложный след, не дал в руки не одного документа, дал ему заведомо недействительные юридические права (как долго над ними смеялись юристы), а когда все вскрылось, ты перестал выходить на связь. Это тоже факты. Ты скажешь, что опасался за свою жизнь, а на самом деле ты просто не знал, что еще придумать, да и не надо было, потому что к этому времени ты надежно спрятался.
4. Алексей Калиниченко ложно обвиняет Банк24.ру. Я общался с ними, с Лапшиным и Дьяконовым. Вменяемые, порядочные, честные люди, которые никуда не прячутся, верили тебе до последнего. Поражаюсь, как ты, Алексей, с каждый опусом врешь все больше и больше. Ты сам говорил нам на встрече в 2005 году, что только что начал выстраивать сотрудничество с Екатеринбургским банком. На встрече в Питере было под 100 человек, ты это при всех сказал, там ты представил банк и сообщил, что мы начинаем сотрудничать. А на своем лживом сайте ты утверждаешь, что это было аж с 2003 года. Договор у меня с Ливингстоном, деньги я переводил в Снорас-банк, а не в банк 24. Ты дал мне тот счет, на который переводить деньги. Ни у кого из нас, обманутых вкладчиков, нет трехстороннего договора между тобой, глобалом и банком. Есть трехсторонний договор между тобой, Ливингстоном и Глобалом. Это тоже суровый факт.
5. Алексей Калиниченко врет насчет Ливингстона. Livingston Investment с Петей Мейерсом во главе был куплен тобой в юридической конторе, специализирующейся на офшорах, в Екатеринбурге. У тебя была полная, генеральная доверенность на управление счетами Livingstone во всех банках. Счет в банке Снорас, куда переводились ВСЕ деньги, контролировал ты, Алексей Калиниченко, и только ты. И это тоже факт.
6. Алексей Калиниченко проверок не прошел, а банки прошли. Альфа-Банк, Банк Гран, Банк24.ру, Снорас прошли проверки и аудиты. Ни у кого не отозвали лицензию, всем заверили отчетность. А у тебя ее просто нет, с тобой, Калиниченко, исчезли все документы. Это тоже факт. Алексей, ты валишь всю вину на банкиров, даешь ссылки на какие-то схемы, старые проплаченные тобой статьи в Интернете. Ты натравил на Альфа-Банк и БАнк24.ру проверки Центробанка, там докопались до каждой копейки и ничего не нашли. А правда то всего одна: ты снимал деньги, переводил на счета своих родителей, брал займы в Глобал Гейминг и не возвращал их. Сейчас ты живешь на наши деньги в Италии, купил неплохой дом, попугайчика и массажное кресло. Все эти годы ты трусливо молчал, сейчас, Алексей Калиниченко, тебя ждут на родине и ты стал писать на сайте про любовь к ней.
7. Алексей Калиниченко собственноручно подделывал данные с сервера торгов. Торги были виртуальные, ни один из банков не имел контрагента Ливингстон инвестмент. Это факт. Торги в Альфа-Банке и Банке24.ру были убыточными. Оба банка списали страховочные депозиты, но суммы там были смешные. 100 млн долларов в России у тебя никогда не было, Алексей, ты сразу же все переводил за границу. Я общался с людьми, которые устанавливали тебе, Алексей, сервер. Было это тоже в далеком в 2003 году. Все договоры были оформлены лично на тебя, и на Глобал Гейминг. Ты платил людям наличку за эту работу. Пароли доступа были только у тебя, Алексей Калиниченко. Это тоже факт. Привези их нам из солнечной Италии, а??? Или выложи их на форум, чтобы все могли зайти и проверить? Только ты видел, что на самом деле происходило в торговых сессиях, только ты вводил в базу данные задним числом, только ты высылал стейтменты сотрудинкам Глобала для занесения в Аккаунт. Когда ты, Алексей Калиниченко, перестал это делать, выплаты прекратились. Все сотрудники Глобала как один утверждают, что именно ты владел этой информацией. Ты, Алексей Калиниченко, вводил всех в заблуждение. Ты, и больше никто.
8. Алексей Калиниченко контролировал Livingston и Глобал до последнего дня. Я общался с клиентом, который держал деньги в БАнке24.ру на доверительном счете под твоим управлением. Алексей, ты плохо играл на Форексе! Ты проигрывал по 10% в неделю. Но этот человек получил все свои деньги до единой копейки, потому что их реально контролировал не ты, Алексей, а Банк. Я видел все эти документы. И человека, который вернул свои деньги, за вычетом твоего проигрыша. А вот все деньги Глобал Гейминга (где ты теперь директор и учредитель), все деньги Ливингстон (который ты купил, от которого у тебя есть печать и доверенность) контроливал ты и только ты. Калиниченко, ты не вернул деньги тем, кто давал их тебе лично по распискам. Кого ты обвинишь здесь? Злые тролли, банкиры, Порины, Ефимовы, Путины, Медведевы помешали тебе расплатиться?
9. Алексей Калиниченко прячет большие деньги за маленькими. На сайте UTG значилось, что ты, Калиниченко, имеешь в управлении 150 миллионов долларов. Допустим, мы поверим, что все, про что ты пишешь на своем сайте, правда. Тогда получается, что Банк24.ру украл больше, чем все его активы на тот период? Он не мог этого сделать, бухгалтерию не проведешь. Деньги можно было только вывести за рубеж, но по отчетности www.cbr.ru вывода через этот банк таких сумм не было! Рассмотрим вторую твою версию. Порин и Ефимов все украли. Тогда на что ты сейчас живешь? На что, сразу после бегства в Италию, ты купил шикарную виллу? Я не поленился, сложил все цифры с твоего сайта. Получается, что Порин с Ефимовым украли около 30 миллионов рублей. А речь идет о пропаже 4500 миллионов рублей. Ты, с твоих слов, зарабатывал такие деньги за пол-часа. Пусть даже все виноваты, пусть даже не было 4500 миллионов рублей, пусть был хотя бы 1 миллиард, а не 4. Воровство 30 миллионов не пошатнуло бы твоего положения. Значит, ты, Алексей Калиниченко, опять пускаешь пыль в глаза, пытаешься держать нас за идиотов, лицемерно пишешь «Думайте, придурки», а сам продолжаешь готовить ужин, кормить попугайчика и массировать нижнюю часть своего мозга в массажном кресле?
10. Алексей Калиниченко не хочет в суд, Алексей боится экстрадиции. Поэтому ты и истеришь, поэтому и врешь напропалаю. Вранье сейчас – твой единственный шанс, но он не выгорит. А ведь если Калиниченко не виновен, если знаешь, куда делись 4.5 миллиарда рублей, то покупай, Алексей, билет на самолет, прилетай, тебя встретят, будет тебе бесплатный трансфер до зала суда. Приезжай со всеми деньгами, которые у тебя есть, продавай нахрен виллу и попугайчика и начинай возвращать нам наши деньги. Приезжай с доказательствами своей невиновности и тебя продержат 4 дня в Российской тюрьме и выпустят. И будешь оправданным гражданином великой страны, про любовь к которой, жертвенность и патриотизм ты спел такую громкую, но такую фальшивую арию.

What did Anna Politkowskaya knew about me? She knew who I am, my real name? Or she knew my own father? Who knew that my real name is Anna and killed Politkowskaya? Wasn’t it that person who did so, that I need now even to prove that I am a daughter? Connecting it with the name of my cousin also Cibin – that surname is rather rare – how do you think where should I look for my own father?
